Returns

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged during shipping, or due to a flaw, such as a corked bottle. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that is ordered in error. It will be our pleasure to assist you. Please contact by email at info@socialimpactwines or 209-625-8170 to arrange for return of a damaged or flawed product.

As a reminder, someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for and receive delivery of wine. Please be advised, wine returned to us as undeliverable due to lack of availability of someone at address during delivery process, or no one of appropriate age (21 or older), will not be shipped out until a new delivery address is provided. An additional shipping charge will be assessed prior to reshipment of wine from the winery.

 


 

Shipping & Delivery – Time Frame

We ship product out within 24 hours if product is ordered M-Th. Orders placed Fri-Sun ship out Monday. Please be advised that we reserve the right to delay the wine shipment if temperatures in either direction where we are located, or where you are located could ruin the product! Someone 21 and older must be available to sign for the shipment upon delivery.
